Amazon Lately | July 2023

Hi Friends, I'm linking up with Tanya over at The Other Side of the Road for this monthly blog post. I found some really great things on Amazon last month and I can’t wait to share them with you!

Before we get to this month’s favorites I want to update you on the Tru-Heat Transfer Paper I purchased last month. I made a few T-shirts for the boys and it’s amazing! The designs they picked printed super clear and look really great after they’ve been transferred. I love that you don’t even have to mirror the image.

I did not use a cutting machine for these. All I did was size the images, print them on the High-Quality setting, and trim them with scissors. If you zoom in on the image below, you can see the white part of the transfer. If I was making these as gifts or to sell, I would definitely use a cutting machine to make sure the lines were kiss cut.

I washed and dried them with the rest of the laundry and they came out fine but, I would suggest turning any items inside out before washing/drying or line-drying to make them last as long as possible.

Don’t forget that Amazon Prime Day’s are coming up July 11-12 so be on the lookout for all of the deals and steals!

What I’ve Been Reading

Did you know that you get 1 free Kindle book every month with your Prime membership? And you get 2 books this month! I haven’t been reading as much as I would like and my TBR list is definitely piling up. It may be only one or two books a month but I thought it would be fun to start sharing what I am reading with you in this post.

My Amazon Prime Favorites

1. Gourmia 6 qt Air Fryer

Gourmia 6 qt Air Fryer

Our air fryer broke a while ago and I haven’t replaced it yet but once school got out and I had all four boys here (2 grandsons and 2 nephews) I realized that I really needed to get a new one. I love this digital 6-quart Gourmia! I love that it’s digital, how big it is, and how fast it cooks. I can cook everything all at the same time and no one is left waiting for their lunch.

2. 2 Pack Air Fryer Silicone Liners

Originally I was going to buy the disposable liners but these are so much better and I love that they have handles! They are supposed to be here tomorrow so I’m super excited to use them!

3. Evenflo Versatile Play Space (8 panels)

I haven’t decided if I’m going to get this or not. My 2-year-old grandson is quick and I’m afraid if I let him run around that he will run away. A friend of mine has one of these and it works great. We would also be able to use it on the front porch to keep him away from the stairs and in different areas around the house. The listing details even suggest using it around the Christmas tree so I think I will probably eventually get it but I haven’t yet.

4. Complete Guide to Bible Journaling

Complete Guide to Bible Journaling

I recently shared a few Bible Journaling posts and this book is the perfect companion for the latest lettering, drawing, painting, and crafting techniques for bringing God's Word to life.

5. Budget Binder with Zipper Cash Envelopes & Expense Sheets

I am so happy that I bought this! I've wanted one for a while but couldn’t find one that I “really” liked. This one is so cute and it comes with stickers and tracker sheets to record the money you put in and take out.

There are 18 different designs but the envelopes are what sealed the deal for me. They are made of Waterproof PVC and they have a zipper! Most of the other systems I’ve seen or made use regular plain envelopes and they rip or get worn out quickly. This binder comes with 8 envelopes but you can get an additional 12-pack here if you need more categories.

notebooks & Journals from the Krafty Planner Press

I started creating physical notebooks and journals and publishing them on Amazon. Eeek! This month I have a new Gratitude Journal available. There are four different covers to choose from and if you want a peek inside you can get a look in this post: Gratitude Journaling: 5 Minutes a Day for a Lifetime of Happiness.

Don’t forget that you can grab these Amazon Free Trials too:

You can also get Kindle Unlimited 6, 12, and 24-month membership plans. But I don’t see a free trial for this. Membership includes unlimited reading from over 1 million ebooks and unlimited listening to thousands of audiobooks. Plus you can read your books on any device you download the free Kindle app.

That’s it for this month, want to see what I found last month? My Amazon Lately | June 2023 post will show you everything. And don’t forget to stop by the link-up to see what everyone else is “Priming” this month.
