Those of you who have been following me for a while might know that this journal is something I’ve been wanting to write for a while now, and I’m so excited to finally launch it publicly to the world!

As you might guess from the title, this journal is all about gratitude and cultivating a new mindset.

Inside, you'll find prompts and affirmations that will inspire your reflection and gratitude. Whether you're grateful for a sunny day, a kind gesture from a friend, or the opportunity to pursue your passions, this journal provides you the space to acknowledge and celebrate the good things in your life, every day.

Each week has two pages. The first has space to write the date and three things that you are grateful for each day.

The second page has a place for you to write out your weekly intentions and decide which affirmations you want to focus on, and there's plenty of room for you to reflect on your weekly highlights and challenges.

The journal has 136 pages, which is enough for a full year of daily gratitude journaling.

Here’s a quick look at what’s inside the journal…

Whether you are a seasoned gratitude journaler or just starting, this is an excellent tool for anyone who wants to focus on the positive and cultivate a daily gratitude practice.

It also makes a thoughtful gift for friends, family members, or coworkers who could benefit from incorporating more gratitude into their lives.

Highlights include:

  • 52-week undated gratitude journal

  • Takes only 5 minutes a day

  • There’s space for weekly intentions, affirmations, and reflections

  • There are prompts for those days when you can't think of anything to write

  • Blank notes section in the back

I wanted you to have a few different covers to choose from as you can see below but the interiors are all the same.

Please note that the last book with the cursive text on the cover is still in review and has not been published yet. I will add the link as soon as it’s available. Check back in a couple of days or let me know in the comments that you’re waiting for that one so I can notify you when it’s ready. Thanks! 😊

I sincerely hope you love the book and will consider leaving me a positive review on Amazon so we can get this essential gratitude journal into the hands of more amazing women who need it!

Thank you all so much for your ongoing support and encouragement and for joining me on this journey ❤️
