The Free Printable Library Just Got a Major Upgrade!
If you’ve been around here for a while, then you already know that the Krafty Planner Printable Library has been packed with hundreds of free printables…
…but let’s be honest for a second.
Finding exactly what you were looking for?
Not always the easiest.
It usually meant scrolling through page after page… or clicking through multiple blog posts trying to track something down.
And I knew there had to be a better way.
So I gave the entire library a makeover—and it is now so much easier to use!
What’s New (and Why You’re Going to Love It)
The biggest update?
The library is now searchable.
That means instead of endlessly scrolling, you can actually find what you need in seconds.
Everything is now organized in one place in a way that makes browsing, searching, and discovering new printables so much easier.
Monthly Planners (Now Easier to Grab!)
At the very top of the library, you’ll find a dedicated section just for:
Free Printable Monthly Planners (2026)
Each month is displayed as its own card.
When you click on one, it opens a pop-up page with all of that month’s printable downloads and a link to the blog post if you want to give it a read.
This makes it super easy to jump right into the month you’re currently planning—no searching required.
The Printable Library (Everything Else)
Right below the monthly planners, you’ll find the full Printable Library.
This section includes:
planners
trackers
worksheets
challenges
seasonal printables
and so much more
Everything here is organized in alphabetical order, so you can scroll and explore if you’re not quite sure what you’re looking for.
How to Search & Find Exactly What You Need
This is where the magic really happens 💖
Use Tags to Browse by Category
Looking for something specific, like menu-planning printables?
Just click on “Tags” and select the category you want.
The library will instantly filter to show you only those printables.
Use Filters for Custom Searches
Want to get even more specific?
Click “Filter” to create your own search.
For example:
Only show 2026 printables
Narrow things down to exactly what you need

Don’t Forget to Click “Load More”
This is important!
The library doesn’t show everything all at once.
As you scroll, make sure to click “Load more” at the bottom of the list so you can see all of the printables.
And trust me… there are hundreds in there 💖

A PRINTER
If you’re going to be printing in color, I really recommend investing in a Canon Mega Tank Printer. The quality of the finished product is amazing! If you don’t need a color printer, I highly recommend a laser printer like the Brother L23 Series. You will save hundreds on ink. You can also get a color laser printer, which I would LOVE to have!
PAPER
For everyday printables, planners, and coloring pages for the kiddos, I normally use Hammermill Printer Paper, 20 Lb. I love that you can get a small box of 3 reams instead of having to buy one at a time or a whole case of 10.
If I want something a little nicer, I use this laser paper, which is incredibly smooth and has very little to no ghosting on the other side. This is perfect if you like to use pens/markers that are prone to bleeding through to the other side.
For printing on A5 paper, I use this Blank 6-Hole Punched A5 Paper. You can also get it without the holes, but it’s $6-7 more. Which I think is odd because it’s usually the other way around, and you have to pay more for the hole punching.
