Daily Journaling Prompts for May 2021
Last month I started a new monthly journaling prompt series here on the blog and it was a big hit so I’m super excited for this month’s prompts.
Once a month I will give you a list of journaling topics for every day. This will give you some new ideas for what to journal about and take the pressure off of trying to find something to write about every day.
Some days will be the same each month. For example…
At the beginning of each month, we will concentrate on setting our goals. Even if you did this earlier in the year, things change, so it can be a good idea to re-evaluate and update your goals each month.
In the middle of the month, we will see what progress we’ve made so far. This is a chance to re-focus on any goals that may have slipped off your radar.
At the end of the month, we will take a look back and write about the good things & favorite memories from the month. We will also evaluate our goals progress to see what still needs work in the upcoming months.
All of the other days will have new prompts to get you motivated!
What’s your word this year? Drop it in the comments and I will add it to the list of themes I’m putting together.
If you’d rather get the prompts on a weekly basis, check out my Instagram account. I post the new prompts for the week every Sunday afternoon.
Ideally, you would journal a paragraph or two about each day’s prompt but don’t feel like you have to. It can be as simple as one sentence or a full page in your journal.
Be as creative as you like here…the sky’s the limit!
