Free 2027 Calendex: Landscape Version
I've been having a little bit of a Calendex moment lately. 😂
After making the portrait version of my 2027 Calendex, I started thinking about how nice it would be to have an even more compact version that I could easily carry with me.
So...I made one!
This is the landscape version of my free 2027 Calendex printable, and I think I may actually start using this one myself.
What Makes This Calendex Different?
The landscape version works the same way as the portrait version. You still have the date, day of the week, and space to write your appointments, events, and other important dates.
The big difference is the layout.
Instead of three months per page, this version has six months per page, so the entire year fits on just two pages.
And here's the part I really like:
You can print the two pages front and back.
That means your entire 2027 Calendex can fit on one physical sheet of paper.
That's pretty hard to beat when you're looking for something simple to carry around!
Why I Think I'm Switching to This One
I've been using a year-at-a-glance calendar to keep track of my appointments when I'm out and about.
It's been helpful, but I started thinking that a Calendex might actually work better for me.
I don't necessarily need a big calendar when I'm making an appointment. I just need to be able to quickly look at the dates and see if I already have something scheduled.
The landscape Calendex gives me that information in a really simple format.
It's:
Smaller and easier to carry
Easy to glance at
Simple to update
Two pages — or one double-sided sheet
Easy to keep in a purse or planner
And most importantly, I can check it before I make another appointment.
Because there's nothing like making an appointment and then realizing you already had something scheduled that day. lol
How I Plan to Use Mine
I'm going to print mine double-sided and tuck it into my purse.
When I'm at an appointment and someone asks, "How about Tuesday the 17th?" I can pull out my Calendex and check before saying yes.
I can also add birthdays, events, appointments, and other dates I know I'll need to remember.
Then when I'm home working in my regular planner, I can transfer the information to my monthly or weekly pages as needed.
For me, I think this is going to be a nice "don't double-book myself" calendar rather than something I use for detailed planning.
And that's really the beauty of a Calendex. It doesn't have to do everything.
It can just give you a quick place to see what's already on your schedule.

If you downloaded the portrait version, this one works exactly the same way — it's simply arranged horizontally and condensed to two pages.
I've made both the color and black-and-white versions, with the same design and format as the other 2027 calendar printables I've been sharing.

Print the two pages separately, or print them front and back and tuck the finished one-page Calendex into your planner, purse, or wherever you keep your calendar.
I think this might be one of those printables that's surprisingly useful simply because it's small, simple, and easy to have with you.
And honestly, I'm looking forward to seeing if it helps me stop double-booking myself!

SUPPLIES I RECOMMEND FOR PRINTING
You don't need anything fancy to print this calendar, but using good quality paper can make your printable look and feel much nicer. I especially recommend a bright white paper that works well with your printer and gives you plenty of room to write.
