Prioritize Your Well-Being with This Self-Care Bucket List

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a meaningful reminder that taking care of your mind and heart is just as important as caring for your body.

In the middle of everyday responsibilities and the constant noise of the world, it’s easy to put your own needs last. But this month, I want to gently encourage you to pause, breathe, and give yourself permission to make self-care a priority.

To support you through the month, I created a pretty Self-Care Bucket List that’s filled with gentle prompts and simple acts of kindness—just for you.

It's not about checking off a list to be productive, but rather, offering yourself moments of peace, presence, and joy.

Why a Self-Care Bucket List?

Life can be busy and overwhelming, and when stress builds up, it can be hard to even know what we need. A self-care bucket list gives you a ready-made collection of nurturing activities that are easy to choose from when you’re feeling depleted, anxious, or just unsure where to start.

I designed this printable with that in mind: small, meaningful ways to reconnect with yourself, rest, reflect, and reset. Whether you choose one activity each day or a few each week, the goal is to create space for your well-being.

What’s on the List?

The printable includes 31 thoughtful prompts—one for each day of May (or any month), if you’d like to follow it that way. Some are reflective, like:

  • Write a kind note to yourself and tape it somewhere visible

  • Forgive yourself for something you’ve been holding onto

  • Celebrate how far you’ve come—you’re doing your best

Others are designed to bring you comfort, rest, and peace:

  • Take a warm bath or long shower with music

  • Make your favorite warm drink and sip it slowly

  • Spend 15 minutes doing absolutely nothing (really!)

And some are simple joy-sparkers:

  • Do something creative—doodle, paint, bake, journal

  • Buy or pick fresh flowers for your space

  • Spend time with a pet or visit a local shelter

Each one is a small invitation to connect with your needs and gently say, “I matter, too.”

Self-Care Journal

Tracking your self-care habits can help shift your mindset and show you the benefits of taking time for yourself. My Self-Care Journal, available in my Etsy and GoImagine shops, is designed to help you reflect on your needs, set boundaries, and create sustainable self-care routines.

Writing down your progress can serve as a reminder that self-care isn’t selfish—it’s an essential part of a fulfilling life.

Shop on GoImagine

I've recently decided to open a GoImagine shop, giving you another way to shop for all your favorite planners!

While my Etsy shop is still open, I wanted to explore a new platform as Etsy has been going through some changes lately. GoImagine is a fantastic marketplace that supports handmade businesses, and I'm excited to be a part of it.

Right now, my GoImagine shop is brand new, so I only have a few listings available. However, I'll be adding more items over time until everything is available in both shops.

No matter which platform you choose, you'll find the same high-quality products, just with more flexibility to shop in the way that works best for you.

Thank you for your continued support, and I can’t wait to see you in both places! 😊
