Free Printable 2026 Calendar: Sunday & Monday Start Options
Can you believe we’re already thinking about 2026? I’ve been getting a few early requests for calendars, and you know I love giving you what you need to stay organized — so I got to work a little earlier than usual this year!
Today I’m excited to share the new 2026 Portrait Calendar Printables with you! These calendars are simple, stylish, and functional — perfect for planning your year with ease and intention.
Each monthly page is designed in a clean portrait layout and includes both Sunday and Monday start options, so you can use whichever works best for your planning style. Whether you're using them in a binder, a planner, on your fridge, or a clipboard, these pages make it easy to see your month at a glance.
What’s Included
Each download includes:
12 monthly calendar pages (January – December 2026)
Sunday Start and Monday Start versions
Three design styles to choose from
I’ve kept the layout consistent across all of the new 2026 printables so that no matter which style you love, everything will coordinate beautifully with your planner setup. Mix and match designs or stick to one theme for a streamlined look — it’s totally up to you!
These portrait calendars are ideal for:
Home or office planning
Budget tracking
Content scheduling
Meal planning
Family events
School calendars
They’re also printer-friendly and easy to resize if you need to scale them for different paper sizes or planner inserts.
Just like the rest of the 2026 printable collection, this year’s year-at-a-glance calendars are available in three different styles to match your planning aesthetic:
🖤 Black & White Minimalist – simple, clean, and super ink-friendly
🌸 Pink with Floral Accents – soft and feminine with the signature floral design
🌈 Rainbow Colorful – bright and cheerful, perfect for adding a pop of color (and yes—I’m still finalizing the graphic element for this one!)
Each calendar covers January through December 2026, and they’re all designed to print on standard 8.5 x 11" letter-size paper.

SUPPLIES I RECOMMEND FOR PRINTING
A PRINTER
If you’re going to be printing in color, I really recommend investing in an HP Instant Ink-compatible printer. The quality of the finished product is amazing! If you don’t need a color printer, I highly recommend a laser printer like the Brother L23 Series. You will save hundreds on ink. You can also get a color laser printer which I would LOVE to have!
PAPER
For everyday printables, planners, and coloring pages for the kiddos I normally use Hammermill Printer Paper, 20 Lb. I love that you can get a small box of 3 reams instead of having to buy one at a time or a whole case of 10.
If I want something a little nicer, I use this laser paper which is incredibly smooth and has very little to no ghosting on the other side. This is perfect if you like to use pens/markers that are prone to bleeding through to the other side.
For printing on A5 paper, I use this Blank 6-Hole Punched A5 Paper. You can also get it without the holes but it’s $6-7 more. Which I think is odd because it’s usually the other way around and you have to pay more for the hole punching.
