Free Printable 2026 Year at a Glance Calendars

I know it's still a little early, but I've had a few of you reach out letting me know how excited you are about the 2026 calendars—so I decided to jump in and get started!

Normally I don’t release these until later in the summer, but I figured why wait when we’re all getting the planning itch a little early this year?

These 2026 Year at a Glance Calendars are some of my most downloaded printables every year. They’re perfect for keeping track of big-picture plans like vacations, school breaks, and even project deadlines.

I love using mine as a quick-reference page right at the front of my planner!

✨ What’s Included

Just like the rest of the 2026 printable collection, this year’s year-at-a-glance calendars are available in three different styles to match your planning aesthetic:

  • 🖤 Black & White Minimalist – simple, clean, and super ink-friendly

  • 🌸 Pink with Floral Accents – soft and feminine with the signature floral design

  • 🌈 Rainbow Colorful – bright and cheerful, perfect for adding a pop of color (and yes—I’m still finalizing the graphic element for this one!)

Each calendar covers January through December 2026, and they’re all designed to print on standard 8.5 x 11" letter-size paper.

These are great to add to your home binder, work planner, school notebook, or even to hang near your desk for easy reference throughout the year. However you use them, I hope they help you stay a little more organized and a lot less stressed!

I'll be sharing updates and sneak peeks of the coordinating planners and printable packs soon, so make sure you’re on the email list!

SUPPLIES I RECOMMEND FOR PRINTING

A PRINTER

If you’re going to be printing in color, I really recommend investing in an HP Instant Ink-compatible printer. The quality of the finished product is amazing! If you don’t need a color printer, I highly recommend a laser printer like the Brother L23 Series. You will save hundreds on ink. You can also get a color laser printer which I would LOVE to have!

PAPER

For everyday printables, planners, and coloring pages for the kiddos I normally use Hammermill Printer Paper, 20 Lb. I love that you can get a small box of 3 reams instead of having to buy one at a time or a whole case of 10.

If I want something a little nicer, I use this laser paper which is incredibly smooth and has very little to no ghosting on the other side. This is perfect if you like to use pens/markers that are prone to bleeding through to the other side.

For printing on A5 paper, I use this Blank 6-Hole Punched A5 Paper. You can also get it without the holes but it’s $6-7 more. Which I think is odd because it’s usually the other way around and you have to pay more for the hole punching.
