Reader Requested Freebie: 2026 Quarterly Planner

Welcome to Day 3 of the 2026 Reader Requested Week!

Today’s free printable has been requested multiple times, and I love how practical and versatile it is. I do hope that this is what you were looking for 😊

If you like seeing the bigger picture while still planning intentionally, this 2026 Quarterly Planner is going to be a great addition to your planning routine.

About the 2026 Quarterly Planner

This printable is designed to help you plan one quarter at a time, giving you space to focus without feeling overwhelmed by the entire year at once. Each quarter includes three full monthly calendars grouped together, making it easy to see how everything connects.

I created two versions so you can choose what works best for your style:

  • 🌈 Rainbow version for a fun, colorful look

  • 🖤 Black & white version for a clean, minimalist feel

You’ll also find both Sunday start and Monday start options, so it fits right into the way you already plan.

How You Can Use a Quarterly Planner

Quarterly planning is perfect if you like setting goals in shorter, more manageable chunks. Here are a few ways you might use this printable:

  • Plan seasonal goals and projects

  • Map out appointments, events, and deadlines

  • Track business launches or content schedules

  • Pair it with a weekly planner for daily details

  • Use it as a check-in tool to review progress every three months

Because everything for the quarter is in one place, it’s easier to stay focused and spot busy weeks or lighter periods ahead of time.

Printing & Planner Tips

This quarterly planner works beautifully as a standalone printable or slipped into a binder or planner you already use.

For best results:

  • Print at 100% scale

  • Choose single-sided printing so you can rearrange quarters if needed

  • Use the black & white version if you prefer ink-friendly printing

  • Punch and add it to an A5 or letter-size planner, depending on how you print

You can also laminate the pages and use dry-erase markers if you like flexible planning.

SUPPLIES I RECOMMEND FOR PRINTING

A PRINTER

If you’re going to be printing in color, I really recommend investing in a Canon Mega Tank Printer. The quality of the finished product is amazing! If you don’t need a color printer, I highly recommend a laser printer like the Brother L23 Series. You will save hundreds on ink. You can also get a color laser printer, which I would LOVE to have!

PAPER

For everyday printables, planners, and coloring pages for the kiddos, I normally use Hammermill Printer Paper, 20 Lb. I love that you can get a small box of 3 reams instead of having to buy one at a time or a whole case of 10.

If I want something a little nicer, I use this laser paper, which is incredibly smooth and has very little to no ghosting on the other side. This is perfect if you like to use pens/markers that are prone to bleeding through to the other side.

For printing on A5 paper, I use this Blank 6-Hole Punched A5 Paper. You can also get it without the holes, but it’s $6-7 more. Which I think is odd because it’s usually the other way around, and you have to pay more for the hole punching.
