As the daughter of a chef and an avid home cook, I understand the importance of having high-quality kitchen tools that not only perform well but also add a touch of elegance to all of our cooking adventures.

When I received the Royal Craft Wood Bamboo Cutting Board, I was excited to put it to the test and see how it measured up to our expectations.

Let’s take a look…

Royal Craft Wood Charcuterie Board

This gorgeous cutting board is just under an inch thick and has a double-sided design, allowing you to seamlessly transition between different food prep tasks without cross-contamination.

Plus, its water and odor-resistant properties make cleaning a breeze, ensuring that your cutting board remains hygienic and odor-free after each use.

There is a deep juice groove surrounding the perimeter that helps prevent messy spills and keeps your countertops clean, while built-in handles provide a secure grip for easy maneuvering around the kitchen, even when it’s overflowing with goodies.

So whether you're slicing juicy fruits, chopping vegetables, or carving meats, this cutting board is designed to enhance your cooking experience and streamline your food prep process.

As soon as my new Royal Craft Wood Cutting Board arrived, I took the proactive step of treating it with food-grade mineral oil to make sure it remained in good condition for years to come.

This first application not only enhanced the natural beauty of the bamboo but also provided a protective barrier against moisture and bacteria.

Treating the wood with food-grade mineral oil extends the lifespan of any cutting board while maintaining its integrity and hygienic properties.

I am going to give it one more coat this week and then it should be done once a month after that.

Isn’t it beautiful?! I couldn’t wait to show it off.

We had some friends and family coming over Sunday afternoon so I seized the opportunity to transform it into a charcuterie board masterpiece!

The board’s spacious 20” x 14” size provided plenty of room to display each ingredient, creating a visually stunning spread that was as tasty as it was beautiful.

We had a few other idut this board definitely stole the show!

Here’s a list of everything I included on the board:

  • 2 kinds of cheese - we had Colby/jack and sharp cheddar

  • Pepperoni

  • 2 kinds of crackers - we used club crackers and the thin Triscuts

  • Italian deli olives and regular, large green olives from the jar

  • Grapes - I was going to get some green grapes too but they did not look very good so I passed on them

  • Small, sweet peppers

  • Grape tomatoes

  • Cauliflower and broccoli - you can also add some carrots, celery, or any other vegetable you choose

  • Ranch vegetable dip

I didn’t want to overfill it so I had a bag of extra veggies cut up, washed, and ready to easily refill the board when it started to empty.
