Therefore, it’s one of the most important parts of your business and should not be neglected.

If you have issues with clutter and a messy desk, try to solve this problem by taking slow but precise steps to create a new habit.

Organization is a habit that you need to develop and practice over time.

Start out small working little by little. Spend a few minutes every day picking up and decluttering, soon enough it will become an instinctive part of your regular routine.

To help get you started, here are a few things you can declutter in 15 minutes or less:

  2. Take anything to the trash or recycle bin that needs to go

  3. Empty your computers recycle bin

  4. Empty your email spam and trash folders

  5. Clear out browser extensions you don’t use anymore

  6. Delete old contacts from your phone contacts list

  7. Clear message histories from your phone and voicemail

  8. Update your phone apps and delete those you haven’t used in the last month

  9. Organize your apps into folders on your phone or tablet

  10. Turn off any phone notifications you don’t really need
