Track Every Sale with this Printable Market Sales Tracker

Craft markets are such a fun and rewarding way to share your handmade products — but keeping track of what you sell throughout the day can get a little chaotic. Between chatting with customers, managing your display, and making sure everything runs smoothly, it’s easy to lose track of those smaller sales or forget to jot something down.

That’s where this editable Market Sales Tracker comes in! 💖

I designed this printable to make it simple to log your sales as they happen — no complicated spreadsheets, just one clean, easy-to-use page that keeps everything in one place.

Why You’ll Love This Printable

This tracker was created with busy market days in mind. It’s completely editable, so you can type directly into the form or print it out and fill it in by hand — whichever works best for you!

Here’s what you’ll find inside:

  • Show & Date Fields: Keep your records organized for multiple events.

  • Product Details: Record each product name, quantity sold, and price.

  • Built-In Totals: Add up subtotals, tax, and final totals so you know exactly how much you made.

  • Neat & Professional Layout: Designed to match the rest of my Craft Market Planner collection so everything looks cohesive and easy to read.

When you hover over a typing area, a small blue box appears — just click and start typing right in! No extra software needed — it works with any standard PDF viewer.

How to Use the Sales Tracker

  1. Before the Market:
Print one copy for each event or fill in your show details ahead of time. Having the form ready means one less thing to worry about the morning of your market.

  2. During the Market:
Jot down each sale as you make it, or keep notes and update your sheet during slower moments. This helps you track what’s selling best and prevents forgotten totals.

  3. After the Market:
Use your completed tracker to review your best sellers, compare totals between shows, and make smarter inventory decisions for next time.

Keeping this kind of record is invaluable when planning your next event — it helps you see trends, set goals, and prepare inventory based on real data from past sales.

SUPPLIES I RECOMMEND FOR PRINTING

A PRINTER

If you’re going to be printing in color, I really recommend investing in a Canon Mega Tank Printer. The quality of the finished product is amazing! If you don’t need a color printer, I highly recommend a laser printer like the Brother L23 Series. You will save hundreds on ink. You can also get a color laser printer, which I would LOVE to have!

PAPER

For everyday printables, planners, and coloring pages for the kiddos, I normally use Hammermill Printer Paper, 20 Lb. I love that you can get a small box of 3 reams instead of having to buy one at a time or a whole case of 10.

If I want something a little nicer, I use this laser paper, which is incredibly smooth and has very little to no ghosting on the other side. This is perfect if you like to use pens/markers that are prone to bleeding through to the other side.

For printing on A5 paper, I use this Blank 6-Hole Punched A5 Paper. You can also get it without the holes, but it’s $6-7 more. Which I think is odd because it’s usually the other way around, and you have to pay more for the hole punching.
