As we begin a new year, there's no better time to harness the power of intentional living and transformative habits. This Yearly Habit Tracker is more than just a tool; it's your compass on the journey to a more intentional, fulfilling life.

I understand the challenges that come with adopting new habits and the excitement that accompanies the prospect of positive change.

That's why I created a tool that not only aids in tracking but serves as a daily companion, guiding you toward the lifestyle you envision. Here are a few tips for using your tracker…

Graph Your Progress

The visual allure of the graph is not just about aesthetics; it's about motivation.

Witness the power of your daily efforts unfolding throughout the year. Each mark on the graph tells a story of commitment, resilience, and progress.

As the lines get longer, so does your sense of accomplishment!

Define Your Focus

Beyond tracking, this habit tracker invites you to articulate your intentions. In the space provided, write a little bit about the habit you're cultivating and the overarching goal it contributes to.

When you focus clearly on your goal, you increase your dedication to the path you have chosen.

Crack the Code

Every habit journey has its nuances – good days, challenging days, and those in-between days.

Use a key to track your habit-building process. Celebrate accomplishments and navigate challenges with different colors or symbols.

Your journey is unique, and your tracking should reflect that.

Reflect and Refine with the Notes Section

Habit-building is not just about ticking off boxes; it's about cultivating self-awareness. Utilize the notes section to capture insights, reflections, and adjustments.

It's your space to celebrate wins, acknowledge hurdles, and refine your approach as you evolve on this transformative path.

What Can You Track?

  • Water intake: Stay hydrated and feel your best.

  • Exercise: Whether it's a brisk walk or a full gym session, log your daily movement.

  • Reading: Make a dent in that booklist.

  • Meditation: Cultivate mindfulness and inner peace.

  • Healthy Eating: Keep tabs on your nutritional choices.

  • Sleep: Ensure you're getting the rest your body craves.

  • Gratitude: Capture moments of thankfulness daily.

  • Screen Time: Manage and optimize your digital presence.

  • Language Learning: Dedicate time to expand your linguistic skills.

  • Finance: Track your daily expenses and savings goals.

Download your preferred version – portrait or landscape – below and join us in turning the page to a chapter of intentional living.

Here's to a year of purpose, progress, and the power of habit!

SUPPLIES I RECOMMEND FOR PRINTING

A PRINTER

If you’re going to be printing in color, I really recommend investing in an HP Instant Ink-compatible printer. The quality of the finished product is amazing! If you don’t need a color printer, I highly recommend a laser printer like the Brother L23 Series. You will save hundreds on ink. You can also get a color laser printer which I would LOVE to have!

PAPER

For everyday printables, planners, and coloring pages for the kiddos I normally use Hammermill Printer Paper, 20 Lb. I love that you can get a small box of 3 reams instead of having to buy one at a time or a whole case of 10.

If I want something a little nicer, I use this laser paper which is incredibly smooth and has very little to no ghosting on the other side. This is perfect if you like to use pens/markers that are prone to bleeding through to the other side.

For printing on A5 paper, I use this Blank 6-Hole Punched A5 Paper. You can also get it without the holes but it’s $6-7 more. Which I think is odd because it’s usually the other way around and you have to pay more for the hole punching.

If you're printing a binder cover that is fade-resistant and lasts a long time, I would recommend the best paper using Epson Presentation paper. It's heavy like cardstock (48 lb), is great when laminated, and is made to last for decades.
